Just read a post on the Instructables.com website from Genealogist Woodworker describing how he made a Plaid cutting board. I am very impressed with his work and appreciate the amount of work it took to make it.

I made a checkerboard end grain cutting board a while back with Cocobolo and Maple and it took me forever. Unfortunately, Louise put it in dishwater to clean. Hint don’t put a glued up cutting board in the dishwasher! I have the pieces in a bag like a puzzle I hope one day to reglue up.

What do you think? Should I add it to my future build list?
